The adhesive we use to manufacture our laminated wood door stiles is a custom formulated Polyvinyl Acetate Polymer 2 part cross linking catalyzed wood adhesive specifically designed for use in edge gluing and veneer laminating.

The engineered door stile cores are all manufactured using laminated veneer lumber. This type of LVL core not only is exceptionally strong, but stays straight and does not shrink and swell like solid lumber from changes in atmospheric conditions.

The following species are currently our most popular: VG Fir, Rustic Alder, Cherry, Genuine Mahogany, Clear Alder, Poplar, and African Mahogany. In addition to these species we can manufacture laminated wood door stiles using just about any other species.
